mixed experience, some issues noted
torn cushionslimited menu
the cushions by the private pool were torn, a clear sign of wear in what should have been a pristine villa. the paint was chipping in the room. i booked a fitness class several times before arrival, each time receiving confusing responses about reservations and cancellations. the lack of clear communication was frustrating. the western food restaurant had a very limited menu, leaving us feeling confused, as many items were unavailable.

underwhelming stay, some serious issues
inappropriate commentsmanager gaslighting
i had some real issues . the room service guy made totally inappropriate comments (he said he wanted to kiss me!). i was alone and he kept serving my food, saying he felt something for me and wanted a drink after his shift. i was scared all night, thinking he might come back with a key to my villa. when i told the manager, he tried to gaslight me, saying it was a language problem, and even offered me two free nights as if that would make it okay. they still employed the guy, unbelievable!

The villa was HUGE, and the view was amazing! The staff were quick to respond to any requests, ensuring seamless service. I LOVED the on-site restaurant. It had diverse choices and delicious food.
The gym equipment was a bit outdated and could use some maintenance.
